Since i saw the latter painting in Germany i know, the visual quality is stunning. To me thats the main reason for the fame. I varied on a specific part of this painting as an ode to Friedrich in this photograph'.

After broadening the size of some of my 'Fields' to make them more landscape-like and less abstract, i used this size again but now vertical. It's more difficult to see depth in these vertical fields, but the eye can learn i suppose. Once used to this kind of viewing, depth returns also with vertical horizons. The larger sizes hope to pull the viewer better into the works. So i made a few murals and mural proposals.
